Holy Cross

Holy Cross Church is a very welcoming and friendly worshipping community. We are Eucharistic in our tradition, and our Parish Eucharist is our main service at 9.30 every Sunday morning except on the second Sunday of the month when we have our Open Doors family service at 10am.

We try not to take ourselves too seriously, and children are always welcome. That said, we do try to do things 'properly'!

We have a robed choir that sings every Sunday, and a growing junior choir and junior church.

We host a number of events in the town of Uckfield throughout the year, and people come from far and wide for our annual Festival of Christmas Trees which takes place on the second weekend in December. Last year we had over 6,000 visitors to this amazing event. Come and see for yourself!

The Plurality of Uckfield also includes the churches in Little Horsted and Isfield. We have a Rector of the Plurality, Fr John Wall who can be contacted via the Parish Office on 01825 764889 for all services including funerals, baptisms and weddings.
